SHIPPING POLICY

We partner with trusted logistics providers (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, or India Post) to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders across India. All shipments are processed from our warehouse in Pune, and we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Timelines:

  - Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days for most locations (metro cities may receive faster).

  - Express Delivery (if available): 2-3 business days, at an additional cost.

  - Remote or rural areas may take up to 10 business days due to logistical constraints.

  - Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such

     as weather, strikes, or holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by these events.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping offers (if any) apply only during promotional periods.

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1999/- (prepaid orders only).

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹50-180 applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may incur an additional ₹80/- fee and is available only in select PIN codes.

  • International shipping is not currently available; we ship only within India.

 

Order Tracking:

  - Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email / Whats App / SMS.

  - You can track your shipment on our website's "Track Order" page or directly on the courier's website.

  - If you haven't received your tracking details within 3 business days of order confirmation, please contact our customer support at admin@gkclothing.in or +91-91726 92568.

 

 Delivery Areas:

  - We deliver to most PIN codes across India, but some remote or high-risk areas may not be serviceable. If your location is undeliverable, we will notify you and process a full refund.

  - Multiple items in one order may be shipped separately if sourced from different warehouses, but you will not be charged extra shipping fees.

 

Packaging:

  - All products are carefully packed in tamper-proof packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  - If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution (refer to our Returns Policy for details).

 

We reserve the right to cancel or modify shipments if there are issues with inventory, payment verification, or compliance with laws.
