We sell t-shirts across multiple categories including men’s, women’s, kids’, graphic prints, themed designs, and custom-printed t-shirts where customers can upload their own designs.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities per order or customer.

• Refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Custom Design Product Policy

For custom printed t-shirts:

• You must own or have rights to use any design, logo, image, or text uploaded.

• You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, copyrighted (without permission), or violates any law.

• We reserve the right to reject any design that violates our content guidelines.

• Color and print placement may slightly vary from previews due to printing limitations.

You remain the owner of your design, but you grant us a limited license to use it solely for fulfilling your order.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Payments must be made through our approved payment gateways.

• Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, payment problems, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and logistics conditions.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not liable for losses due to incorrect addresses.

7. Returns & Refunds

Non-custom products:

• Eligible for return/replacement within 7 days if defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Custom printed products:

• Non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or misprinted.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

8. Intellectual Property

All Website content including designs, graphics, logos, text, images, and layout is the property of SJ GARMENTS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:
